“The kitchen had everything we needed and we really appreciated the muffins and other breakfast items. The bedrooms were comfortable and the dining room table worked out well. The weather was very cold and wind when we were there but if not for the wind we would have used the hot tub but unfortunately it was not suitable for use. I would recommit if you are planning on using it in the off season you notify the host prior to checkin. Also an instruction book for use of hot tub and wood fireplace……

“Everything was very smooth with the check in process, communication with host was great. Location was convenient and close to family for the holiday gathering. Very welcoming to our dog with a special basket with her needs. Thanks!”

“We had issues trying to check-in. The driveway was not plowed and dangerous for one of the guests with a cane. The walkway not shoveled and steps icy. Trash can broken, plates in cupboard were wet and gross, wifi not working - no password didn't work; and no checkout instructions provided despite being asked multiple times”

“Mein Aufenthalt im Extended Stay of America war fantastisch, ich hätte mir kein besseres Hotel aussuchen können. Es gab keinerlei Probleme, abgesehen von einer kleinen Lärmbelästigung, die der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sofort behoben hat, noch bevor ich überhaupt daran dachte, anzurufen. Ich kann das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der einen komfortablen, sauberen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt fernab von zu Hause sucht!”

There was very little support in providing information about the city and local attractions like you'd expect in a VRBO. And everything seemed and felt like a cheap managers special. “I had a great stay at this apartment! The home office was a huge plus, especially since I was here for an extended period and working remotely. The neighborhood was enjoyable for both me and my dog—quiet, walkable, and pleasant overall.There is some noise from the thruway behind the building, but it was manageable and didn’t impact my stay.
