“Very cute place rental and convenient to Cornell. Price was very reasonable. We would recommend this place to others and definitely stay here again. Some extra amenities would be a very nice addition such as having some extra TP, hand/ dish soap (shower soap was empty), paper towels, napkins, etc. There was coffee which was awesome-- we had brought our own so we were all set. “We had such a wonderful family vacation at the Climbing Vine Cottage. The host provided coloring supplies, toys, & books for our children. My husband & I enjoyed relaxing in front of the pellet stove. & to our surprise, we even experienced our first snow of the season during our stay. “We had a great weekend staying in the property. The wood burner was great for a chilly early spring weekend, Elizabeth was very clear and accommodating in her communications making it very easy and everything was just great. My only regret is not booking the third night to stay for the Solar Eclipse and to get to explore the property further. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and the accommodations at the Yurt were perfect for my wife and I!”

“The location directly on the lake is amazing with large grassy yard right up to the lake’s edge without need for any steps…surrounded by 270 degrees of water. House itself is modest and quaint with nice furnishings and decorations and very comfortable beds and well appointed with everything you’d need for a lake vacation. Hanging out in the hot tub and dock at sunset over the lake was the best! Highly recommend this rental!”

“This property is in a perfect location. The house was clean and had all the stuff you could need to enjoy your stay. Silverware, cups, plates towels, blankets, bedding ect. Just beware the low ceilings down stairs, they got my husband a few times. The lake and docks are stunning. The hot tub was very clean. All around a great stay.”

“The single-lane access road to the cabin has several sharp bends to get to and from the location, but once you are there, it's very relaxing. Not small, but just big enough. Very clean and everything works. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Monica was easily reachable for any questions.”

“This was our second time staying at this lovely house. The location was ideal, very clean and everything you needed for a delightful stay. Bonus was the brand new gas grill and coupon for the winery right next door! This will always be our go to spot for visiting Finger Lakes. “We really enjoyed staying in this little home. It is within walking distance of downtown Watkins Glen so it is very easy to walk to if you choose to do so. The inside was very clean and well kept. We liked the close proximity to various winerys and restaurants. It made it very easy to stop back and drop off our goodies we collected throughout the days we were there.”
