「Beautiful location only a short drive from St. John’s. The rooms were spacious and charming overlooking the ocean . We watched puffins from our hotel room. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was steps away. The meal was excellent yet very casual environment. We returned to the café for breakfast. The baked goods were amazing. 「This place is NOT as advertised. Doors slamming all night, reeks of stale old cigarette smoke. More like a hostel than anything. Great if you hate being home. Bedding polyester and smells stale. Was supposed to stay three nights and left after one with no refund from the property. Book at your own risk. Also it’s not the building that’s shown in the main page of the listing. It’s beige. Not colorful.」

「I highly recommend the Trailway Hub if you are looking to stay in Deer Lake. Our group of 6 stayed overnight as we were flying out of Deer Lake. The Trailway Hub exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, 10 minutes to the airport, grocery store across the street and many options available to eat out. We enjoyed the accommodation so much we chose to eat in.
