「Staff was wonderful Expedia had the wrong names on the reservation but the staff at the hotel figured it out very quickly they were very pleasant. I have allergies and the restaurants catered to my needs. Definitely will stay at jag again 」

「Hotel room and staff were great. However, we had planned the stay with our 2 girls as a night away with swimming and snacks, and upon arrival we were told the pool was out of service. They did give us the option to go to a near by hotel and use their pool, which was great. It just would have been ideal if we had gotten info before our arrival.」

「The first room was just disgusting with someone else's hair in the shower. The second room had an issue with heat. Thermostat is malfunctioning. Not to mention one elevator with long waits to get to and from the lobby. We ate the buffet breakfast thinking it was included and got a $50 bill and my stomach wasn't good couldn't eat my supper and ending the evening with the Diarrhea. I book this think it was a luxury hotel. It was far from that.」

「We booked two family rooms ( for 6 peoples) and called in advance to inform that we need to stay on the same floor. Staff said they have a remark, but they didn’t arranged and not available. Rooms are good.But only the sofa double bed very uncomfortable. We enjoyed the slider in the swimming pool. But the hot top water are very dirty and you can smell the water was too irritating. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine can make a great pancake by yourself. We enjoy the stay. 」
