新芬蘭西葡特色住宿

「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」

「My two main concerns were about amenities in the room: 1) the shampoo was completely empty, and I didn’t realize until I was already in the shower. The 3 large bottles (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are mounted to the wall so I couldn’t have known by testing the weight of the bottle, which also meant I couldn’t turn it upside down and let gravity help the situation. The bottles are obviously not checked/ topped up on a regular basis. 2) The TV did not work consistently, it would shut itself...

「Staff were very nice. Breakfast muffins were terrible. We were expecting a little more choice.」

「Beautiful hotel. We had a few maintenance issues with our suite, that we mentioned on check out. Otherwise a wonderful stay.」

「Very dirty and run down in rooms and in amenities (pool, workout rooms) - rust, peeling paint, holes in walls, workout room with garbage on floors and no cleaning supplies for equipment post work out. Pool area very dark and poorly maintained - looks NOTHING like the pictures online. Very disappointing. Walkable to the sights but that doesn't make up for the decrepitude of the hotel itself. The lobby has clearly been remodelled and looks good, but time to spread the love to the rest of the...

「A clean environment, helpful staff. A few inadequate areas: lack of restaurant staff, over looking some room cleaning areas (refill of bathroom containers), uncomfortable chair in room. Any issues were addressed quickly, once reported.」
