Hosted by Flying Squirrel Cottages, Blue Ridge Bungalow is nestled in the highlands of NC in a small resort community of Linville Land Harbor. Linville River flows through the community and a dam creates a small peaceful lake that has a pool, beach area, & canoe / paddle board launch. Just beyond the lake is a community golf course. This cottage is very cozy with easy parking access.
We just added a new hot tub to the cottage for your enjoyment!

We are available through the messaging service or by phone. We do live remote so will not disturb you however we have a cleaning team in the area that can support if there is an emergency.

Blue Ridge Bungalow is positioned on the southern end of Linville Land Harbor and just west of Land Harbor Lake. It has a master bedroom with queen bed and a master bath accessed via the bedroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed and second bath in the hall. The kitchen, dining, & living room are all open floor plan and a great place to relax and read a book. The bungalow has high speed internet with cable television. The deck is where we spend most of our time and you will often get a wave from others in the community as they go for afternoon and evening walks.
We provide both drip and pod style coffee makers. Ground coffee is provided however bring your own pods.
Due to a large increase in booking volume and the cleaning process our team adheres to requiring the full turnover window, early checkin or late checkout aren't possible.

Although the mountains of NC get their fair share of inclement weather, all the roads to this bungalow are paved and well maintained. A two wheel drive vehicle is usually adequate with the rare exception of a winter storm that may prevent you from driving until the roads are cleared...but there is no better way to spend a winter morning!

Our hot tub is serviced weekly by a certified technician. The hot tub is generally in very good condition for our guests to enjoy. Periodically our cleaning team or a guest will find the tub needing service in between the weekly service visits. (Typically, this happens when a prior guest does not follow our spa guide and the water becomes discolored, low on water, etc.)
