“Highly recommend this rental. My spouse is 6'6" so having a King Bed really was great. My kid stayed in the room with the Queen bed we didn't use the single bed. Each of us got the bed size we needed. This house is well supplied with everything you need, even new toothbrushes. Large kitchen well stocked with all cooking utensils as well as a Keurig and regular coffee maker. The host was nice enough to have the refrigerator stock with bottles of water. The wood paneled interior had a cabin feel……

“Such a cozy little cottage. Had everything we needed. And great location. You can walk to a lot of good eats and also to downtown. The local wildlife adds to the charm - turkeys, rabbits and squirrels.”

“We enjoyed two nights and jam packed days with graduation activities at different venues. Randy was very understanding and accommodating and we loved the birdhouse location and decor. It was very quiet, peaceful and comfortable both inside and out after busy days away. Highly recommend!”

“Me and my partner had a beautiful stay here for his 30th birthday. Had plans to see Silverwood theme park but unfortunately they closed. Heidi and Don were wonderful hosts for us! The lake was beautiful too. Even got to enjoy using their small row boat to fish on the lake! (Be sure to get your fishing license for the day) The kitchen set up in the small and cozy guest house was unique. Definitely enjoyed making our coffee in the morning and sitting down by the lake. Overall 10/10 stay. Would……

“This was a great house! It was clean, had a good kitchen, large deck and big backyard. We were able to have my son’s friends and some family come over for a gathering out on the back deck/yard. It worked perfectly. It is also right across from a large park. We didn’t have little kids but the park would’ve been great for that. We enjoyed walking around it! Cute little breakfast/lunch cafe within walking distance. Highly recommended!”

“Great property and great hosts. It was too cold to use the kayaks, but we did use the bikes, which were a nice amenity. The complimentary ride in the Model T was also a nice treat. One note on the bikes - one of the bikes is small so might want to take that into consideration if you are much over 5' and are looking to ride many miles.”

“We traveled to ride the Trail of the Coeur d'Alene. The house was a little out of the way but an easy drive to the Plummer Trailhead. It was comfortable and had a beautiful view of Cave Bay. The public beach was farther than we thought and was a fifteen minute walk. I think you would need to drive with beach gear and noticed that many residents have golf carts to get around. Property manager was responsive. We very much enjoyed our stay.”

“We have mixed feelings about this stay! Jaime was great, she is first rate. Just make sure you understand what a tiny cabin is. It was indeed tiny, but really cute. Property is beautiful and well kept however views from the cabin not as we had hoped. Warning... No cell service, make sure you have arrangements made before arriving. WiFi is available after you check in.”

“The view out the front window was beautiful. But the internet was almost nonexistent at night so the smart tv didn’t work either and I couldn’t get work done on my computer. The front door screen was torn when we got there and the coffee carafe broke as I was filling it with water. The bed was comfortable and we slept great!”

“The Bee Hive was a warm and welcoming home. It was very clean and well appointed. The owners/managers gave a lot of thought to details that made our staff comfortable and convenient. The photos are an accurate representation of the adorable cottage. It has a beautiful back yard with covered outdoor seating that made it great if you have a pup to bring along.”

“We chose to rent locally for a Christmas getaway. This home struck us primarily for the view "which was magnificant". But everything else exceeded any expectations we may have had. Eagle watching/photographing was incredible. Our family loved utilizing the couch that comes together in a cube for a movie night. Ammeneties were everything we we needed (even to pull off a Christmas dinner). And the hosts were excellent. (Thank you for sharing your home). We hope to come stay again.”

“Good rec center for families. Rec center and golf course is shared with its residences so there’s a lot of old people swimming and such. I think they are still afraid of Covid, you had to bring your own cup for coffee in the lobby. ”

“Perfect little cabin for a couple people to relax. Not too far from town. Mostly quiet, I-90 isn't too far away but the traffic noise is muted a bit.”
