“Excellent quiet location and good size rooms with everything you need. Very clean. Comfy beds and loved seeing the birds and wildlife too. Could really have done with freezer/ice box in fridges due to wanting to freeze our cool packs for picnics. Tv was too small. Overall we would stay again. ”

“在過去多年的出遊，我們都喜歡住在這類的房子去感受當地之生活，可是，這一次的住宿實在是讓我們感到太失望了。（1）在入住前，我們沒有收到入住方法之電郵，最後是到到大樓門口用電話才能聯繫上，然後才拿到入住方法；（2）我們一共訂了5天的入住，可是浴室裡之清潔用品只夠兩人1天的使用；（3）因為回香港的飛機是訂了在下午6點，而還房之時間是早上10點正，在我們要求把行李寄存或延遲退房至中午12點正時，對方說我們必須付上每小時30英鎊共60英鎊才可以；（4）在炎熱的夏天裡，房間是沒有空調但就連風扇也沒有，因此嚴重影響了好幾天之睡眠素質；（5）因為大樓旁邊是車路和行人道，所以，在我們已經入睡的晚上常會被那些醉酒人士的大聲說話或喊叫噪醒。”

“Communication was excellent and access to the property was good. Property was perfect exceptionally clean with lovely decor. Wouldn’t definitely stay again. ”

“The location is really convenient, the hotel offers nice food and drinks..etc. I do enjoy it except the shower room is not easy to use, and there’s no washing tablets offered, the dryer doesn’t really work as the clothes was wet after drying hours. ”

“I come back to this flat often (family nearby) and it is set up to feel spacious, has everything you need to stay for several weeks, and the location is really convenient. Bus stop close by, a Tesco in walking distance, and so on.”

“My friend and I had a great stay in this studio apartment. Good use of space and comfortable. Location was perfect. Easy walking distance to all the sites but not in the hub of college noise/parties. Added bonus being above a good coffee shop.”

Could not contact host for check in instructions dispute numerous attempts by myself and hotels.com. Therefore never got access to property and now am being refused a refund. Host insists they emailed us which is totally untrue and just a reason to keep my money. How can they make me pay for something they know they did not provide. ”
