I had a sent a couple of messages through VRBO the week before our trip with no response from management.
Check-in process was terrible.
We arrived at 4:40pm, check in is at 4pm.
The cleaning crew was still there until 5:30pm.
The TV repair person was there until 6pm.
The hot tub repair person was there until 6pm.
We were told to wait in the alley across the street with our 2 toddlers.
When we were finally given access to the house, we noticed it had not been cleaned very well.
The master bed was very dusty/dirty/sandy.
There were towels and old soap left in the downstairs shower.
The refrigerator would only cool to 60 degrees and we had brought a lot of groceries for the week.
Some of the vertical blinds in the master were broken.
A shower curtain was being used over the master sitting area with a temporary rod for privacy/sunlight.
The speakers in the photos were not available to use.
The outdoor cushions are very worn and tattered.
The massage chair did not work.
Many light bulbs were missing.
After we told Tower 17 about some of these issues, they responded the next day and sent their team out to compile a fix-it list.
The team was very friendly and apologetic.
They gave us a gift card to use at a local restaurant.
The following day they sent a cleaning crew to reclean the entire house which was needed and fixed the light bulbs and the massage chair.
Some pros are: location, the TVs are nice, the fire pits on the patio are nice, the view is amazing.
Overall, it felt a little dingy and in need of a deep clean and some upgrades. I wouldn't rent this house again for the price.
