Great Place

We traveled to Newport Beach for spring break with 6 children, teens and 4 adults. We loved the location of this home. Loved being able to walk to many restaurants, shops and activities. The home included games that the kids loved to play. We had a great time.

Loved this spot

We stayed with our family for one week. The location was perfect. Walking distance to both Balboa and Newport pier areas. Walk straight out to the beach and front door access to the boardwalk. The property management company was amazing to work with. I left a bag there and they shipped it to me right away. The layout of the home is functional and inviting. They offered beach chairs, 2 bikes, corn-holes, buckets/shovels, and laundry. We had a week with no worries. Absolutely perfect.

Second time here and not the last

Property highlights are seen in the pictures. It's all about location. Large enough for a nice sized group, nice patio area, ability to walk right onto the sand, what's not to like. Anytime we had any questions, a quick call to the property manager and they helped us out. Looking forward to coming back!

Not A Nice Rental

The rental is not as nice as the pictures make it look. Windows are extremely thin and make loud noise with the wind. Very bright in the bedrooms. They have a sheet for curtains that only cover half of the windows in the bedroom and pretty much do nothing. Blinds were broken, I had to use my fingers to twist the blinds closed in master. Garage door kept going up and down on its own at random times of day. Bedding was not nice. Master bathroom was an extremely bad layout with an old crappy little shower. The worst part was the dangerous staircase. Extremely steep and the steps were half my foot length. I am pregnant and have children, this was not a safe setup for us.
