Great start by the water in a quiet setting, yet in the middle of everything

Host and property are awesome. Quiet setting by the bay, yet short walking distance to everything. We could hardly separate ourselves from the property.

Very clean and great location

We enjoyed our stay when we checked in we had a beautiful view right on the harbor were able to watch the boats come and go, and it was actually a very quiet area with just some small groups or couples walking by from time to time the property is spotless, and the people are great to work with. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay there again.

Another Perfect Trip!

Second time we have stayed at this property and Kathy once again is amazing! Condo is darling and the view of the Bay is so relaxing! She keeps everything so clean and is always so welcoming! Can’t wait to come back again!

Great location, effortless booking, excellent/clean accommodations

My family and I had such a wonderful experience during our stay! The bayside views were so relaxing and easily enjoyed on the patio. The entire booking process was one of the best I've experienced due to Kathy's responsiveness. She even left treats to welcome us to the property. My family and I will absolutely reach out to her again for our next trip to Newport, and I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Great unit on the bayside of the peninsula!

Cute upstairs unit with a great view and a private balcony. Nice cooling breeze and great location, walking distance to The Fun Zone and restaurants/shopping. We usually stay on Balboa Island but this was a wonderful spot too and we're glad we tried the peninsula! Kathy was a wonderful host and very accomodating. Unit was very clean and nicely appointed. Great host! Thank you!

Amazing stay!

Property was immaculate with well stocked kitchen and extras ( bath towels, beach towels, toiletries). Great view and enjoyable peace eating on the deck and/or eating on the private dock. This property was very comfortable for 4 adults. We didn't need to communicate with host since everything was so well prepared. Great location to access many activities and the beach. Garage parking is small but we took our smaller Outlook which fit perfectly and we didn’t have to search for parking. We will definitely be back for another enjoyable stay!!

Great place for a weekend escape

What a lovely condo. Perfectly located and very comfortable. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The patio overlooking the water was one of our favorite spots to hang out. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had what we needed to make a few meals at "home". Also, close to the Fun Zone and the beach within walking distance. Our host, Kathy, was so nice and hospitable. She communicated well, gave us some great recommendations and checked in on us to make sure all was well. I highly recommend and hope to return some day soon.

Amazing Views | Super clean | Walkability

We booked a last minute stay in Newport. Kathy was great to deal with and highly communicative. We arrived and the home felt like everything was brand new. Super clean. As we walked to the balcony excited to see how close we were to the water, we were greeted with amazing harbor views and beautiful snow capped mountains in the distance. Great place for the money.

Awesome family vacation. Can't wait to do it again.

We had a great time! The place is beautiful, clean and warm. I was impressed with the tiny details and amenities to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We never wanted to leave the apartment because the bay view from the deck was so peaceful. The location is perfect; a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, rentals. My kids went paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing off the dock with their dad while I relaxed and watched from the deck. We rented unit A for me, hubby, 6 and 3 yr old and the downstairs studio for MIL. I already recommended this place to my friends and family. Kathy is great too!

Amazing bay view

Loved this location!! Close to everything and view is to die for. This place changed my opinion on bayfront versus oceanfront. I’ll take bayfront any day. Condo was perfect. Nice and cozy and very well kept. Kathy was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions before our stay. We rented the top floor bay front unit and added in one of the studios as we had extra guests. Both units were stocked with bottled water, wine and chocolate treats. Such a nice touch. We hope to book again soon. Our favorite Newport spot yet!!

Almost great!

We really enjoyed our stay here because there is so much to love... great location, great views, lovely apartment, nice touches all around the place, agent easy to contact and very helpful, nice beds, good linen, good décor, fully stocked kitchen, etc. We would definitely consider staying here again when in Newport Beach. However, in the interest of fairness to other potential travellers we did have a couple of problems (hot water and electric) but the agent fixed within a couple of hours and it didn't affect our stay. The only thing we didn't like is that the walls and floors of the apartment don't cut out much of the noise from the other apartments. We were lucky that noise wasn't too much of an issue as other tenants weren't noisey and I don't think they were all occupied all the time during our stay. It might be different when you stay. At the end of the day we had a great time and would love to return.

Amazing Unit in Newport Beach

My wife and i enjoyed our stay in this unit looking out at the harbor at sunrise and enjoyed sunset at the beach, walking a short distance to the fun zone and area restaurants. The unit was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed for our long weekend in Southern California . The area was quiet at night, and the walking around the area was very enjoyable. We had the opportunity to meet with Kathy the manager of the unit , and she was wonderful and she guided us to the fun zone walking path. She provided us with a bottle of wine, chocolates and a bottle of water to start our getaway. My wife did not want to leave the area as we were just enjoying the area. Most of the restaurants in the area are beach type food, but a short drive or Uber trip less than 10 minutes to great restaurants. Harborside Restaurant in the fun zone is a good restaurant close to the ferry boats. Our last night we enjoyed The Original Mama D's Italian Kitchen , which was excellent. Thank you Kathy for your extra efforts This unit was perfect !

Beautiful view in this very comfortable condo overlooking the bay. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats. The host was easy to get in touch with for questions, allowed us to check in early and even provided a bottle of wine, water and chocolates, a thoughtful touch. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Harbor Views

Great location near the Fun Zone on Balboa Island. Walking distance to water sports (kayaks, Duffy boats) and the beach. VERY clean, but a small property with only one shower and a likely another VRBO below.
