The kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances with a bar and large dining table for ocean front cooking and dining. Down the hall just past the kitchen is the full bathroom shared by the 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 full beds and the master at the end of the hall has a queen bed. There is a small laundry closet with a stacking washer and dryer just off the master bedroom.



This home is a short walk to the Balboa Village and fun zone, filled with plenty of cute shops, restaurants, and activities for the whole family. Rent an e-bike or take the Balboa Ferry across to the island to check out the shops and restaurants along Marine Ave.

Other Things to Note:

- This is a duplex/shared property. This listing is for the lower unit only.

-Must be 26 or older to book and stay on property through out the entire stay.

-10 pm noise curfew ordinance strictly enforced by Newport Beach Police

-Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.

-No parties or gatherings.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
