Amazing Stay

Staying at the property was one of the funniest times ever. A great place to continue our yearly summer trips especially growing up down by the beach and just needing the hometown beach fix. Looking forward to next year already!

We had the best time staying here!! The house was clean and so cute! There was enough room for me and my kids and a few of their friends! The host responded so fast to any questions we had! We would totally stay here again!!

Loved walkability to groceries, restaurants, beach and area. Had a small family birthday and everyone loved it. My only suggestion would be a large non-stick skillet and better knives. Hope to stay again, great value.

Love the Location, pretty close to the beach.

When on a 5 days trip to Newport beach, los this VRBO, the apartment was great, clean, and pretty cozy. Loved the details, location and have a excellent communication. Will used it again for sure.

Great location, close to beach

This was a perfect quaint getaway place that was close to the beach and a perfect spot to end our California adventure! Close to grocery stores and shopping and walkable to the beach.

Lovely spot for our family

We had two adults and a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old. We loved the unit. Can't wait to go back. The garage parking spot came in handy.

Scott was fantastic in answering any questions I had about the property prior to check in, check in was seamless and so easy. We LOVED the apartment! The location was perfect, near grocery store and quick easy walk to the beach. It was clean, well stocked, and so comfortable. The beds and sofa bed were super comfy. We loved the use of beach chairs also. The garage was plenty big enough to store bikes we had rented and the washer and dryer were so nice to use. Thank you!!

Peaceful beach getaway

We truly enjoyed our peaceful getaway to this little beach rental. The property was quiet and comfortable. It was well stocked and clean. It is close enough to walk to the beach and not have to worry about parking. Management communicated well and was open to any concerns (although we had none) We look forward to visiting again soon!

Comfortable and Clean

This cute upstairs unit was so nicely furnished and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable few days in Newport. The unit was clean and well stocked. We will plan to rent it again when we are able to return!

Perfect House

We booked very last minute for spring break so we were afraid the house wouldn't be great. We were pleasantly suprised by how clean and accommodating the house was. They had everything we needed for the beach, which was a quick 3 minute walk to. It was also conveniently located close to the grocerty store and some of our favorite restaurants. It was clean and comfortable! We had a wonderful time! They even left us a bottle of wine and delicious chips! I will definitely book again!
