Relaxing Stay on the Beach

A wonderful place for a family vacation to relax and reconnect. Most of our time was spent at the beach very comfortable beds - we weren’t sure whether it was the day at the beach, relaxing or the beds that had a sleeping so well! Would highly recommend this property.

Mom’s Vacation

My mom is 82 and she felt this would be her last vacation and she wanted to be near the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay with this property management company’s properties again

Loved our week here

Loved our week here. More than enough room in this quaint little home for the four of us and right on a quiet beach. Management company was easy to work with and quick to respond and you can tell the home has been well maintained. Can't wait to return to Newport.

Great stay right at the beach. Size of place perfect for our group of 3. We had some trouble checking in, because the door didn't automatically unlock, but the issue was resolved very quickly.

Great remote beach getaway

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay that is right on the beach with no crowds, this is the place to be. Since there is no boardwalk, it does not attract much traffic. The condo is cozy and great for a family of 4.

A pleasant retreat.

The house was well done, with a great kitchen. The patio was inviting and made for good conversations. The house was redone tastefully. We all loved the shower. I was grateful to have a parking spot in the garage, because parking is near impossible. The area is quieter than more accessible beach areas, which we enjoyed. All in all a nice experience.

Peaceful stay at a lovely location

This is a great beach house for a calm beach stay. The proximity to the beach was outstanding. We found Newport to be less crowded and more laid back than nearby Huntington Beach. The waves were pretty big so might not be the best location for small children however there was a small inlet nearby that little ones could swim. The beach house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The only thing I think it lacked was comfortable seating in the living room. There was a couch that was ok but the two side chairs were not comfortable. I also feel for the price it should include shampoo, conditioner and a bar of soap. Overall we had a great stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Boys High School Baseball dinner

What a great, amazing place!Booked it for myself and my husband and hosted our traditional baseball Anaheim beach dinner. location is amazing! The boys loved just literally walking to the sand and our traditional life guard picture.The unit was great, clean and easy access to everything.Would definitely rent againKeep in mind, this is OC so parking can be really easy or depending on the time of day not so easy.Great location, great placeThank you!!!

This was a great property. I slept like a baby in the Queen room, the bed was very comfortable and my daughters enjoyed the bunk beds. We live locally so we really just enjoyed the beach and patio for a couple of days.

Great spot in newport

This was our first time in Newport and we had a great time. The condo is in an awesome spot on the beach and the outdoor space is excellent. The management team was super responsive to our needs and took great care of us.

Wonderful stay!

The confirmation and check in process was easy, slick and streamlined. The property was exactly as described and had an amazing clean smell when we we arrived. It’s one of the best stocked vacation rentals we’ve ever seen with a great selection of cooking utensils, mugs, glasses and more. The patio really makes this property with the ample comfy seating and the fire pit. Lovely access to a big wide beach, with a small burm providing a bit of privacy. The property managers responded quickly to some minor questions and were friendly and knowlegeable. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Newport Beach!

Peaceful and clean

It was peaceful and beautiful. The host realty was quick to answer questions. Very clean snd comfortable beds. One bathroom with just toilet and sink was extremely small but serviceable. The only disappointment was that view of the ocean from house and patio was blocked by the sand dune right in front of home. Very nice to have the garage to park that fit my mini van, Toyota Sienna.
