Oceanfront 3-Bedroom Home with Private Patio
This charming oceanfront home offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, ideal for those seeking a relaxed yet refined coastal living experience. With three spacious bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms, the home provides ample space for families or small groups. The open-concept living area creates a seamless flow between the kitchen and the inviting lounge, making it easy to enjoy the stunning ocean views from virtually every room.
The highlight of the property is the expansive patio, designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The generous lounging area offers plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the fresh sea breeze, while the fire-pit table provides a cozy setting for evening gatherings, perfect for enjoying the tranquil sound of the waves in the background.
The interior is bright and airy, with large windows that fill the space with natural light. The home's thoughtful layout includes a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces, making it ideal for both day-to-day living and coastal getaways. HOME LOCATION:
For those of you looking to enjoy a Beachfront Vacation, you have found the right place. Located directly on the sand with volleyball courts right out front and the beach boardwalk entrance just a few blocks away, you are never far from all the action Newport Beach has to provide.
From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the Newport Peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride in one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. (2-15 Minutes by Bike) 20+ Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops, Surfboard/Bike rental shops, Grocery Store, Duffy Boat Rentals, Newport Pier, Balboa Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Island, Boat Docks (The Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures) Huntington Beach Pier/Pacific City, and much more!
PETS
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
Adjacent construction throughout 2026.
- Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation.
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 9 pm - 7 am.
- No Patio Access after 9 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- Air-Mattress, High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- You are provided 1 Parking Spots in the 2-car garage. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended. 3rd row vehicles will not fit
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
