Great spot for a group - steps to the beach!

We had a terrific stay at the Shelly in Newport Beach! The rooftop hot tub was great for our January stay, the place had ample room, and the hosts were very responsive and welcoming.

Good Location, but needs some improvements

The location of the property was nice, but our experience was significantly impacted by the lack of cleanliness. The floors, surfaces, and dishes were all dusty and clearly not cleaned recently. We had to start our trip by vacuuming and mopping the floors. The AC also didn’t work. Overall, it was a decent stay given the price we paid and location, but the lack of cleanliness meant we weren’t really able to feel comfortable.Additionally, the blinds in the unit were paper blinds that were attached to the window via adhesive, which kept coming off more of a temporary fixture versus permanent.There was a car parked in front of one of one of our parking spaces and our host was able to get the vehicle towed.
