“If you like to hear crickets and birds but no road noise, you will love this place. The house is awesome, everything looks brand new, nicely decorated, very clean. The rocking chairs on the porch makes me think that Andy and Opie may be coming by. But the best part was the landscape and how peaceful it is.”

“This was a great place to stay with kids and is almost equal distance to both the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. There is a playground that is right across from the house and you can even watch your kids from the balcony. When we got there we discovered the Keurig was broken, but Larry took care of it within an hour of us letting him know! There are plenty of beds and space in general. One of the closets could fit an opened up pack n play it's so big, though we didn't need to do that since……

“This cottage was clean, well -furnished and in a great location. The beds were comfortable. There were snacks to eat and a book of suggested places to visit and places to eat. The only reason that I give it a 4 is that the bathroom is a bit challenging. You have to be very careful getting in and out of the tub, the hose was difficult to use and the faucets were backwards. Taking a shower was difficult. It would be hard for someone elderly to navigate.”

“The place was in good condition, and we enjoyed our stay. The main bedroom downstairs was good for the baby and toddler to sleep because the curtains did a great job of blocking light. We adults stayed upstairs, and that worked well for us. We were able to walk to restaurants and a coffee shop. There was a small playground nearby, but it wasn't in great condition.”

“We had a great stay. Cottage was clean and well equipped. Everything worked great. The electronic message board on the wall was personalized and informative. Paved walking/ bike trail was within feet of patio. Very nice.”

“Landers Lakehouse is a very quiet and peaceful getaway. My only issue was the dog that was always around. We couldn’t eat outside as planned as the dog was always wanting food. Other then that very peaceful and relaxing.”

“We loved staying here for an event just over the bridge in Cincinnati. It is clean, in a safe neighborhood, and steps from a marketplace. The little village also has nice restaurants. The beds were all very comfortable, the front porch was nice to sit out on, surrounded by beautiful forestry, and Clean with all the amenities you will need. Highly recommend.”

“ Very nice place. Usually have to drive around the block a few times to find parking unless it’s the middle of the day. Convenient location other than parking. The loft area gets very hot but running the fan helps. Would be perfect if the loft has its own hvac unit. ”

“Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. The sink seemed to be backing up when I turned on the water to wash the glasses. Bathroom floor and baseboards dirty. The owners communicated very well prior to the stay. It has great……

“The chic three-story home was spacious and beautifully decorated. Our young ones enjoyed having the third level bedrooms and family room to themselves. There was plenty of room on the huge dining room table was puzzles and art projects. The kitchen satisfied our chef/nephew. Location is just minutes from Newport on the Levee and 10 minutes to downtown Cincinnati's attractions as well as riverfront Old Coney and Belterra Racetrack. Property manager responded quickly to our few questions. We'd……

“The house was great! Way bigger than expected. We had a group of 7 staying, including infants to teens and there was plenty of space and things to do. The view of the river from the dinning room is amazing!!!”

“Everything met my expectations. The flat was clean, the location is amazing and the owner was very responsive. My only complaint is that I communicated the urgency of needing an ironing board and they promised to get me one but they never did. Please get an ironing board next time as most of your guests will need one especially if they travel to Cincinnati for work. I highly recommend the place and will definitely stay there again.”
