This was a great place. Perfect for our family of four. The bathroom door was the most disappointing thing in the whole condo. If needs to be replaced. But otherwise we absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Great bridge and bay views

We definitely enjoyed having a beautiful view on our vacation. Although the place was well worn it was still in good shape. Only real complaint was no door to toilet to close. I ended up buying a tension curtain rod and curtains and hung them up, worked well to give privacy from adults and kids. We enjoyed walking the pier and into shops just down the street.

We loved this little condo for our family stay! We are a family of five and we all fit quite comfortably. The only complaint we had was that the bathroom door fell off its slide several times which became inconvenient - however, this was communicated and may be fixed. But, the rooms were clean & cozy. The view was unbeatable and the time we had making family memories was priceless. I'd recommend this condo!

I will say the view is beautiful. But here we go again with the pocket door for the bathroom, just get a contractor to fix it. We weren’t sure if the place was clean because it so out dated. Carpet was really dirty. The kitchen is lacking the things for cooking, toaster kinda works, electric mixer has 1 beater. No wash rags for the bathroom. Could be so much better.

Broken bathroom door with a curtain in its place and the pool was closed for renovations. Popcorn under the sofa and dirty cushions. No coffee and no warning to bring our own. Weird smell.

The place was cute, but it definitely needs some improvements. The bathroom and toilet doors were extremely frustrating to use, especially the toilet door—it was almost impossible to slide without a struggle. The kitchen knives were so dull I couldn’t even slice raw chicken. The WiFi was basically non-existent; it worked for a few minutes when we arrived and then wouldn’t connect, or the quality was so low it was unusable. The unit was pretty clean on arrival, but when we moved the furniture to pull out the couch bed, there were several carpet stains—not a major issue, but noticeable. We tried to vacuum before leaving, but the vacuum barely worked. The most frustrating problem was the breaker for the kitchen and living room tripping four times during our stay. We had nothing extra plugged in, but using the coffee pot or toaster and the microwave while the TV was on caused issues, so we had to limit what we used at one time. There were plenty of blankets and pillows, which was nice. However, a large metal pot we wanted to use was rusted on the bottom. The unit did have plenty of soaps—dish, dishwasher, laundry, hand, and shower. Overall, while there were many good things about the property, the number of problems we encountered means we probably wouldn’t stay again and would instead book directly through Embarcadero. We stay there often and have never had complaints, so it was disappointing not to have the experience we’re used to.

Okay rental…

We loved certain aspects of the rental, the view was amazing and the location was great. It was cute and cozy. We were disappointed that the accommodations are listed for 6 people, yet there were only 3 towels and not enough glassware for 6. I messaged Vacasa and within an hour, they delivered towels, new wine glasses, drinking glasses & coffee mugs. That was extremely kind & saved our opinion of the rental. The unit could have been cleaner. All the handles in the kitchen were sticky, the shelves were dusty, and the shower doesn’t drain which is gross. The bathroom door is broken, so privacy was hard. But overall, we were content. The view is worth it!!

Stunning Harbor View

Fantastic facilities.

My family loved the facilities. We swam in the super warm pool. It was a treat to be able to see the seals from our balcony in the harbor. More than likely will stay again when more family comes to visit.
