Cozy spot in Nye Beach, great location

Cozy, spacious for three adults, and great location. Well stocked too. But please fix the front glass door. I can see other guests have mentioned it. Also there’s not much hot water here. By the time the third one of us was ready to shower, we had to wait for more hot water.

Great stay

This place was great. Walked to beach and Nye Beach restaurants, great location. Our dog loved the morning walks. Only comment for owners is that the stove top burners smelled quite bad when heated. Otherwise the place was clean and had a good set of kitchen utensils and appliances. Would definitely stay here again!

Beach vacation

We were able to easily walk to town and to the beach and did so everyday we were there! The mattresses and pillows are a bit dated, but had everything we needed to enjoy our time at Nye Beach.

small quiet getaway

We have stayed at this location 2 times and we like it as it is close to the beach and shopping. We were also able to walk to the local farmers marker with a variety of items for sale.

It's decent.

The location is very good. Close to everything in Newport and Nye Beach. You can see the ocean from the house. That's really nice. This is a very nice neighborhood, quiet, and really nice neighbors.

Fantastic Location and Quiet

A block from the beach and only a few minutes drive to shops. Nice and quiet area. Home could use some updating. Some outlets need replaced so plugs don’t slide out. Also, needs bigger/brighter lights/lamps and bedrooms need curtains that can be drawn over blinds at night since shades have a gap in the middle. Overall a great stay.

Great, convenient place

Loved the location- easy walk to the beach or nearby park. Great central location for drives to whatever restaurants or adventures you go to. We chose to stay here over newer nearby beachside motels to have more space for the dog/family, to have a kitchen, and to have the extra bedroom for the kid. Happy with our decision! It was comfy and perfect for our needs. By the way, the beds were comfortable and we all had great nights’ sleep. (I saw a previous review that said the opposite- not sure if they were changed or not, but fyi we found them to be comfortable!) thanks so much! Was the perfect “last hoorah” trip before school starts back up.
