Walking out in the balcony is like being in a postcard. Beautiful views, cool sea air, sea lions in the background. This was a wonderful room, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this room.

Room was fine, good view of marina, mattress needs replacing as it's unsleepable and most towels had visible stains. Property mgr was responsive regarding issues. Once mattress is replaced, along with bedding and towels it will be a nice unit.should be fine.

This is a great little place for short stay. Or a long stay if you don't mind going up and down the stairs, LOL. The only thing I would fault was the lack of utensils - literally 2 forks and a corkscrew. We only stayed 2 nights and didn't really eat in the room but I think a couple of spoons would be a nice touch.

Great view, comfortable bed, good location. “Kitchenette” was a microwave and small fridge, no sink. Had to wash dishes in the bathroom. No different than a motel room, really. Really, really musty smell that dissipated somewhat after leaving windows and deck door open for a few hours. Found cigarette butts on the deck, maybe previous tenant smoked in the room?

No working heat and was 37 degrees outside, door knob broke so no access to deck, DVD player broke so unable to use, and shower head 5ft tall so had to duck to rinse hair. On arrival our door cards would not work either. Needs some tlc and upgrading for sure. Recliner was also broke when reclined.

I loved my view! I loved the low shower head in the bath tub, I'm short, so it was just perfect! I don't have a tub at home, so to soak in one on my trip was wonderful. The sea air was amazing and I made wonderful use of my private patio. Having a king size bed to myself was heaven! The only bad thing, which the reason for the 4 stars, is that the outside stairs leading to my second floor room, smelled like shellfish had been tossed under them and were rotting. But I have no complaints besides that!

A cozy, comfy and clean studio with an amazing view of the marina from a private deck. Two sets of stairs were an inconvenience but loved the location and amenities from the Embarcadero Resort.

The unit was fine with everything you would find in a hotel. Some light bulbs out. The unit had a musty smell and cob webs around the ceiling. We arrived late and our key didn’t work. We called and were sent to the front desk for assistance. But over all it met our needs for a weekend stay.

This was the perfect location with lots of activities to do and plenty of good eateries to visit! We had a great time and it was a pleasure to have the pool/spa amenities open. We will definitely come back here again.

We enjoyed the location but very disappointed in the room; cheap coffee pot didn’t work, rug and duvet cover dirty, hall heater did not work, no lights in living room area, shower only worked for short people, the only picture frame was broken, load noise in the wall in the middle of the night, and bed very soft. Do not recommend staying here.

The view is astounding. The room was cozy and comfortable. The deck was secluded from the other decks so you could walk out and not have to see your neighbors. The only drawback was the stairs . I'm older and have problems with stairs. I will check closer next time.

This location has an awesome view of all the boats at the docks. It's definitely a no frills place, but the price is right. Easy to walk to the downtown area where there were restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.

Very convenient, compact, and just what we needed for a four day get away. Great location plus outdoor cooking area, including crab kettles along with nice dock area. We ran all over Newport and played on beaches so this condo was in a great location for us.

This was a great location for a quick getaway with great amenities, easy booking/check-in, and decent value. I would absolutely stay at this location again and also book again with Vacasa. The only room for improvement would be adding a small table to the balcony and ensuring cleanliness; there were coffee grounds leftover from the previous guest. Otherwise, we had an outstanding experience!
