Sunny, 1st floor, 1-bedroom with large living room, and eat-in-kitchen. Off-street parking is included with a shared laundry in the basement.
All utilities are included as well as high-speed internet and basic cable. Window AC units are included as well.
Unit is 1 block from Bellevue Ave, walking distance to the Marble House and the Rosecliff. Bailey's Beach and Lower Thames Street are also within walking distance.
Quiet residential neighborhood with landlord living in adjacent unit.

Location, location!
This is a great place to stay if you want to avoid the downtown frenzy. We wanted to enjoy Newport and wind down after a hectic week (daughter's wedding!). This was the perfect place! It is away from the crowds and very peaceful. Steve greeted us from his deck upon our arrival and was quick to help us when we needed him. The only reason the online listing got 4 stars was because it doesn't mention that the bed is a full size, not a queen. We enjoyed our stay.

Very upscale location close to the cliff walk and so much more.
The home is exactly as it appears in the listing. Quite a grand home. This apartment was very comfortable with a kitchen and a lovely sunny breakfast nook. The owner placed a beautiful vase of flowers in the apartment which made us feel very welcome. There’s an iron, hair dryer and coffee! Very beautiful grounds. Loved the location which is close to the mansions and museums and to Cliff walk including the Breakers. The wedding we were attending was at Goat Island which was only about 10 minutes away. Quiet and restful.

Beautiful apartment in an awesome neighborhood!
Close to mansions, Cliff Walk, and beach. Less than 5 minute drive downtown, marina. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Easy check in/out. Equipped kitchen. Owner was very responsive to requests for items (e.g., hair dryer, ironing board) and very quick response via email. Overall, a wonderful stay!
