「Front desk staff was rude and unhelpful but hotel was lovely and clean. Restaurant and bar staff were great. Despite being there for BB tournament we were never told laundry room was out of service and the front desk guy was downright rude about it. Same when I called about room service. Told me I had to come down to bar. Bartender said I could have ordered from room. 」
