“Overall, the stay was disappointing except for the location. It may have been a decent place when it first opened, but it has clearly not been maintained at all. The bathroom fixtures were rusted, and the cleanliness was especially poor. There was dust and other people’s hair on the bed, so I requested a re-clean. However, I was told that cleaning had already been completed and that I could clean it myself if I wanted. This was supposed to be a trip to get away from household chores, yet I……

“If you're looking for a posh stay while you're in town, this is definitely the place!! Semi, Christina, Scott, Braun are just a few of the staff that I can remember that made our stay wonderful, and treated us like royalty while staying there. Their turn down service is top of the line, Thank you all for the great hospitality and making our stay there absolutely AMAZING!”

“Our room was spotless. It looked like it had just been redone. We came to Cincinnati for a concert at Megacorp Pavilion. The hotel was a 4 maybe 5 minute walk to it ! Would highly recommend”

“The location and property were awesome! 4 dudes in a one bathroom wasn't the greatest but made it work. We parked at the parking garage around the corner the entire time we were there, and walked around everywhere. Cincinnati has a tram and bus that come around frequently, you can get around easily. Loved the property, very generous and had everything. It does however have stairs and I would say not handicap accessible.”

“I think that I was grossly over charged for $600.99 for two nights. Looking at the other few guests, they did not pay more than $150.09 per night. The breakfast was a joke. A lovely old hotel but the staff was surely not fitting with the decor. Tattoos Hippy like attitude come on are the Communists taking over culture next to Musik Hall. Surely they have Good luck and good night.”

“The location is great. The breakfast and breakfast staff are fantastic! The balcony is mostly inaccessible and a big disappointment. When you are booking they do not make it clear that there are a lot of disclaimers and restrictions with regard to accessing the balcony. The pictures of the balcony and its view were a big reason why I paid extra for this hotel. But because of the limited hours it is open to visitors, I never got to even use it. The room was clean, but the design was odd. It sort……

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked……
