「I had reserved a room with a patio and a sliding door opening to the pool. But when I got there, the “patio” was more like a wide step, and the pool and hot tub were out of order. I was told I could use the pool at a hotel 10 miles away. Since the rooms had no AC, and we did not have a window—just the sliding door, I requested a move to a different room. This was granted. No AC but at least we had a window and a ceiling fan. (Others in our party had a ceiling fan but it was out of order.) Beds...
