“Perfect stay for our scout troop weekend at Hersheypark. The house was clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed and plenty of space for our group. It was a safe quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from the park. As others have mentioned, the stairs are steep and the downstairs much colder than upstairs but overall it was exactly what we needed, would stay here again.”

“Very clean, charming and comfortable stay- for parents and three adult children and two small dogs. Stayed for son’s graduation from Penn State- Harrisburg. It is in a busy area but inside was private and location close to everything and perfect hangout for kids downstairs. Enjoyed outdoor space and fenced areas for dogs. Would definitely stay again and recommend!”

“I have stayed in many vacation rentals and I can honestly say this is the FIRST time I felt that the rental cost was worth it! I typically feel rentals are overpriced and do not match the quality of the rental...this was NOT the case here! Such a high quality property, description matched perfectly what we found, everything was so clean and organized, there was not one thing we needed that wasn't provided. “We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! 30 of us from a small sorority at widener university stayed here for 2 nights and loved it! The girls all enjoyed the spacious layout, plenty of rooms, spacious outdoor(with the hot tub) and not to mention we loved the goats! Would recommend although it was bad weather before our trip so we couldn’t do much in the area! We still had an amazing time.”

“The location can't be beat- right on the river and walking distance to everything you could want. That being said, the accommodations were average- it gives the vibe of DIY. If you have reactive dogs (luckily we don't) i would suggest staying elsewhere- you can hear all the movements of your neighbors. But again, location was awesome.”

“The location was great for where we were visiting. The home was clean and tidy. Upon our arrival, we were hit with a VERY strong smell of cigarette smell. We had to go get febreze and spray the whole house multiple times during our stay. Other than the smoke smell, the house was nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay.”

“If you’re looking for an isolated setting where nobody will bother you, this is the place for you! You basically have your own road and there is nothing but woods and cornfields as far as you can see from the house. Perfect for a relaxing trip, with civilization only about 10 minutes away. There were a LOT of dead bugs, however, including a few in our bedding. I’d double check before sleeping in the beds if you stay here. Other than that issue, I would recommend this place as a peaceful getaway!”
