Must stay!

If you want your friends and family to ask how you booked this beautiful place, look no further. This place was clean, in a beautiful location, and had everything you needed for a relaxing vacation. The listing manager would answer calls if we had any questions. There was plenty of room for all of our guests. We can’t wait to stay here again!!

Amazing Home

What a beautiful house. It made for the perfect family ski vacation. Awesome views of the slopes and only a few minutes drive to South Lodge

Perfect home for multiple families.

An amazing house with very functional unique layout. This home supported 4 families with more than enough space and privacy for each. Great views and common areas made for a wonderful home base while we enjoyed the SR resort, conveniently, only a few minutes away. We’re already talking about next year’s trip!

Breathtaking View

House is beautiful. Has all amenities and decorated appropriately for the mountain experience. We did have an issue and property manager responded immediately to fix issue. The view was glorious to wake up to and relaxing to end the day.

A hidden gem!

It's a huge beautiful house. We were a party of 4 families (8 adults, 8 kids) and were all accommodated comfortably. Amazing views from the kitchen/dining/living rooms. The only issue is that none of the bathroom have a working lock in them. That, however, didn't deter us from a good time at the house. Wish there was a pool table/more games to play.

Hidden Gem in the mountains

Fantastic home on the side of the mountain with beautiful views of Sunday River Ski Resort. Plenty of room for our family. Our grandchildren enjoyed the family room downstairs while the adults enjoyed the upstairs family room upstairs with fantastic views. The kitchen area was spectacular with great views also. Property is well maintained. Fire pit and hot tub also provides spectacular views of the mountains. Kirk was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Maine. Great Place

We comfortably housed 14 and entertained several more in the evenings. Well stocked kitchen with ample space to cook for the masses. Looking forward to heading back to the mountainside "Palace"!

Fabulous Family Gathering

The property was as beautiful as the pictures online. We had 3 generations of family together for a wedding close by. I will rent there again for another special occasion!

Making Memories in Sunday River

The home is absolutely a beautiful, well appointed property that can accommodates 17 people very comfortably. Easy access with plentiful parking and well maintained. The view is amazing for many rooms. A few minor issues and comments include: Internet had minor glitches but easily fixed. Not everyone subscribes to Apple TV. No TV Reception. Grill is too small for group of 6-8 or more No games on site.
