Amazing stay with Mark & Tara!
We had a great time at Mark's house in Sunday River! We stayed for 2 weeks over the holidays - and we wish we could've stayed longer! We arrived to lovely Christmas decorations around the house, equipped with a 10-foot Christmas tree! Mark was an excellent communicator - responding literally within minutes and catering to all our needs and questions. The house is exactly as advertised - very clean, spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the igloo hot tub and fire pit outside. Absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a fun ski vacation!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was just as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire visit.There were a few minor inconveniences. Nothing major, and definitely not deal-breakers, but with a few small tweaks, the experience could be even smoother for families.
