“The first thing I noticed when I walked in around 3 AM the day I arrived, was the smell of ammonia or urine. After inspecting the place, I noticed there was dust, dirt and grime all over...especially the upper level which contains the two bedrooms and bathrooms. There were no area rugs near the sofa or dining table as it was pictured in the photos online. That was important to me when I chose a place to stay because I was bringing my five-year-old grandson to come stay there with us. He was the……

“The property was very clean and comfortable. The only thing was the location---it felt very unsafe. It was loud, and truly felt like I was in the 'Getto' so to speak. I do not feel like the listing ensures you know. I was a single woman traveling and I didn't feel safe. I barricaded the door with furniture at night.”

“Needs some care outside the front and back of house. We purchased a curtain for the backdoor and left it there. On arrival, the smoke detector had been taken down and thrown outside of the house There were 2 dirty pans in oven These things were annoying . Otherwise the house was an OK place to stay.”

“When I booked the room it was a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Even included 3 rooms in the pictures. However when I arrived to the property it was only 2 bedroom. The host was very good about responding to the situation but was not very helpful. They even deleted the 3rd bedroom picture after I confronted them about it. The house overall seemed clean but underneath the crib was nasty and under a few bar stools was disgusting. I had to swept the floor like 5 times.”
