"I was in a premium room. There was a beautiful view with plenty of space and amenities. The staff were very helpful and answered my queries about the area. I also had a treatment at the spa which was lovely."

"The ocean view was wonderful from my room. Room service was not very effective- I'd place an order on their app, but the app wouldn't always update if the order had been received or not (it's supposed to update the user with this info). I was required to use my CC on the app, but when my food was delivered, they'd ask again for payment. All of this made me uncertain if my initial payments went through or not, or if I'd be paying twice for my meals. The room service personnel did say I could send a screenshot of my order to the front desk to alleviate this uncertainty. The staff was happy to confirm my room service orders every time I called them, but I'd typically have to call to follow up on my orders after placing them on the app. Other than that, everything was great! The staff and room service concierge were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"Our room had plenty of space, the bed was comfortable and tea and coffee was available. It had a large bathroom and the shower was excellent. Bottled fresh water was provided every day which we kept cold in the fridge. We had a nice view over the pool with the ocean in the background. However…. I did go around with a screwdriver tightening the door and drawer knobs and some hinges on the cupboard doors. A lightbulb wasn’t working and a USB socket was unusable - obviously these hadn’t been reported to maintenance. "
