"Our original room, The Robert Burns Siute, was dark, and faced the road with a view of the dumpsters. After complaining immediately to the manager, he booked us into room 2, Mary Queen of Scott’s, a beautiful room facing the loch with breath-taking views. Heated floors in the bathroom, a comfortable king bed and excellent service rounded out our experience. The loud 1970s music blaring during our adequate dinner was unpleasant though."

"We met Lucy at the door and she was just wonderful! Very sweet and showed us around our room and the home. Our room was clean, large, and had a giant soaker tub, and a sitting room with a view of the mountains. The food for breakfast was delicious. I had the vegetarian meal and some fruit.
