"A truly lovely hotel. Nestled on the side of a stunning loch the lodge is in an awe inspiring location. However, the whole stay was an experience. The owner has clearly spent a lot of money on ensuring that this property is modern with a traditional, yet contemporary feel. From the moment we arrived the staff were a stand out and all deserve a thank you. You can have a beautiful building and location but without the right people it means little. We ate in the restaurant and the clever mix of Indian inspired dishes on one part is woven together extremely well with the more expected Scottish dishes. Breakfast is a very good buffet with plentiful choice. They also have a small spa with many treatments so make sure you book ahead."

"Wasn’t there long enough to make a judgement, got there late, left early the next morning. Pity could have done with the breakfast. "

"What a great place to stay- really clean, a comfy bed, quality linens and well-maintained room with a little fridge. Staff are all friendly and efficient. We stayed in a chalet years ago and liked it and decided to try the motel this time. We’ll definitely be back! It’s the best motel we’ve stayed in in Scotland, and it puts most U.S. motels to shame."

"The hotel was easy to find and has a good-sized car park. We were made very welcome and as I had completed the pre-registration on-line we could go straight to our room. The hotel serves food so we could eat there that evening. The food was good and the service was excellent. Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable."
