"The hotel was adorable with an amazing view in Jeju City. However, a deep cleaning is probably needed every once in a while as the washer/dryer combo unit smelled a bit mildew and I didn't want to ruin my clothes. Overall, staff was helpful and the hotel provided many amenities for a long term stay. Recommended for solo female travelers and couples. Unable to attach photos on Hotels.com app."

"It is at a convenient location. The room was spacious, but it could use some maintenance. The ac is centralized, and it’s set as a heater, so it was a little hot at night. Translation of information was only available in Chinese. It’s a bit unfriendly to non Chinese speaking guests. Don’t know if it’s normal in Jeju, but there was a constant squeaky noise after a few minutes of hot shower. The staff was only onsite during certain hours, they kept my car key after parking my car and did not give...

The building's carpet was quite old, and there were many signs reminding guests not to smoke, which suggests that smoking may have been an issue in the past. As a result, there were occasional unpleasant odors. Overall, I would give this hotel 4 stars based on the value for the price."
