“Everything was great no complaints”

“Bad insulation noise controls,bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. We asked for change, but the front desk only provided one option, give us refund(ps:It was……

“Very clean and comfortable room”

“*Excellent customer service. *The room was clean. *The breakfast was delicious. *Nice pool and gym. **When we arrived, our bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper and the body wash bottle was empty. **Overall, a very nice stay. ”

“this property was for extended say still real nice and quiet the room was clean had a full sized refrigerator, coffee maker, and sink. room was very large.”

“Electric black out curtain did not work! Room was on the street side and shopping mall parking lot lights were a nuisance. ”

“I liked that it was cheaper than most. It smelled not that good. Prob should get rid of the hottub and do a few improvements on the establishment inside and out. Other than its cheaper than most. It needs a lot of improvements and I WONT be staying there again unfortunately. Unless it gets a little TLC. If you know what I mean”

“Our room was supposed to be two queens. They were out of rooms for several people in the lobby that had bookings. Our son had to sleep on floor, and there was no shower curtain or rod for that matter. Had to put towels on the ground to keep from flooding. Receptionists was great in lobby and not her fault. Felt sorry for what she had to deal with. Won’t be staying there again.”

“Breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, small muffins with orangs juice and coffee served. Room was clean and roomy. Air conditioning worked well.”

“Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. ”

“I checked in, put my luggage down, and there were bed bugs all over the mattress. We left immediately.”
