Oh my lord! This valley hideaway was one of our favourites on our trip so far. It was an ideal location, beautiful scenery, so quiet, peaceful and tranquil. We loved being at the property and meeting Bob and Cathy. Cannot thank them enough for being so kind, welcoming and warm to us during our stay. They had alot of recommendations on where to go, what to eat it was lovely. They also let us feed their sheep and hold their chickens. It was perfect. We loved the chats and the company. Thank you for having us. We loved our stay. We didn't want to leave. We will definately recommend this to our family and friends. We will be back!

Absolutely stunning accommodation. Beautiful rural setting and amazing gardens. Safe, very clean and modern. Wonderful friendly and very accommodating hosts it was so refreshing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rotorua.

An absolutely amazing place to stay! Location was quiet and peaceful, bed super comfy, host very friendly and helpful, accommodation comfortable. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Bob and Cathy were very hospitable and friendly, decor was tasteful and inviting, bed very comfortable, shower pressure excellent, all the essentials provided, good storage space, a lovely peaceful hideaway place.

Country getaway
Fantastic stay in a rural setting only minutes from Rotorua. Room was immaculate on arrival and Bob and Cathy made us feel more than welcome. Never far from all the fun stuff Rotorua has to offer, but far enough to evade the sulphur smell and get some peace and quiet if that's what you're needing. A highly recommended destination.

Spotless, cosy and a delightful base while exploring the region. Super comfortable bed, all that we needed to relax and unwind. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Cathy and Bob were so friendly! All their animals were present too, some cats, sheep and lambs, chicken and birds. Their property is pure bliss and a sanctuary for all city people. The bed was super comfy, shower was good in temperature, the room was neat and tidy with a loving eye for detail which didn't go unnoticed. Clear sky, amazing stargazing. The room connects to their main house but has a separate entrance. We will come again, definately!!

Was für eine schöne Unterkunft! Super Lage und dicht an Rotorua. Sehr gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind so nett und angenehm. Geben tolle tips und stellen einem die Hofbewohner vor :) Waren leider nur 1 Nacht da...

Wonderful stay!
We stayed with Cathy and Bob for one night during our honeymoon to NZ but wish we’d have booked for longer. They are both very friendly and welcoming hosts, and the room was lovely! Very clean, so peaceful and in a beautiful location. You can park on their property near your room and you have your own private entrance. Would recommend Cathy and Bob’s place to other holidaymakers - thank you for having us! Katie and Tom

Beautiful location, a beautiful Bach and wonderful owners.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience here on our honeymoon. The room had beautiful presentation with heaps of very thoughtful items to make your stay very comfortable. Overall, I rate our experience 5 out of 5, thank you
