“The hotel exterior was old, there were dead bugs all over the.place, the WiFi didn't work everywhere, no hot water in the morning, my bathroom (Rm 652) floods if you turn on the shower for more than 2 minutes, the in-room intercom did not work.
Imaging paying $268 for a hotel room for one night, you get asked to pay for breakfast on checknout and the breakfast spread was nothing to be excited about for extra $25
The only upside about the hotel are the staff who seemed friendly and handicapped……

“Couramina Résidence est à visiter. J'y retournerai volontiers.

“I had to leave the place due to not having water and WiFi. When the water was available, I had to wash using a bucket of warm water. The staff tried their best but the few people working were tired and ill. The walk up of three flights of stairs was not easy with luggage. Because of a power surge, my charger was ruined. This place is poorly managed but could be much better managed with right person and proper investment of money and experience. I lost 7 nights there. I don’t recommend this……

“I am going to file a complaint against hotel.com and give this hotel terrible review because I paid for the room with the intention of using it, my husband arrived and the hotel refused to host my husband because they said they were not welling to host guests because of their renovation. I wasn’t informed before arriving and when I asked for refund, the hotel said that they have not received any payment from hotel.com and I should contact hote.com for my refund. When I contacted hotel.com, they……
