“Lovely hotel right on Ngwe Saung Beach. Staff very helpful (but I guess it's normal here, everybody is supernice, and not polluted by touristy money-orientation), food very good (and cheaper than the restaurants in town), they provide bookings for water activities and trips in the area (which are operated by a third part). “A quiet ten-day escape from the city, with lots of beach walking, some sea and pool swimming, delicious dining, and great service from the staff. Only shortcoming was the wonky wifi, but honestly, it's sad that I would have even cared about this in my younger days (because there was no wifi in my younger travel days). I would go back, yes.
