We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, one being a King-bed and the other twin beds. One room was fine. The other, we were given a twin room with 2 queen beds and the person told us that we can only use ONE bed and not touch the other !!! We did not want to make a fuss and find this really ridiculous. Hope Hotels.com can take this up with the proprietor and allocate suitable rooms for all guests in the future. Really disappointed.

분명 표기가 5인으로 되어있었고 숙박을 안할거라 침대갯수 상관없는데
굳이 추가요금내고 5인침대로 가게했어요..저희얘긴 들을 생각이없더군요 융통성 제로

No follow up, did not have room available even when booked well in advance, shuttled to substandard hotel. Booked an paid limo only to be waylaid and demanded more money to final destination.
