Stayed in a villa that was very grand and luxurious. We were assigned a private butler and she was amazing ! The private pool and beach was very accessible and lots of fun. The main hotel pool and beach weren’t as nice and could be more grand for the level of luxury offered. Area is still developing and so lot of ongoing construction but the property is very well maintained.

Amazing on all fronts, give it a visit!

One of the best hotel/resort experiences we’ve ever had! Amazing facilities, beautiful surroundings, incredibly friendly and service minded staff as well as great food. A special thanks to our butler Amy for the great service and lovely care taking, and also to our great bartender Marcus who showed us how to make three different cocktails, always with a smile on his face and positive energy. We highly recommend this hotel to any people who seeks out “the best of the best”!

I felt genuinely sad checking out—like I was leaving a little piece of heaven. Even after returning to my home country, I found myself searching for other places to stay, but honestly, nothing compares to Gran Melia. It remains my top choice. While it takes around 20 minutes to get into the city, it didn’t bother me at all. There was no traffic, and the ride back and forth was pleasant. If I ever come back to Nha Trang, I’m definitely staying here again. The Place: One of the biggest reasons I chose Gran Melia was its stunning beauty. The design is simple, modern, and elegantly luxurious—every corner felt thoughtfully crafted and visually soothing. There’s a serene swimming pool in front of the main building, and the beach is just a short walk away. You can kayak, paddleboard, and enjoy a variety of other activities they offer by the sea. The small onsen near my villa was a delightful surprise. It was so relaxing to enjoy the warm water in the evening. Getting around the resort is easy—on foot, by buggy, or by bike (which you can rent from the hotel). I personally loved riding the bike around the property. The Villa: I stayed in a villa, and it was incredibly spacious. With a dining area, living room, garden, private pool, bedroom, small walk-in closet, and a large bathroom, it honestly felt like a private paradise. This experience reminded me of the importance of both hardware and software in a hotel. This is because although the hardware of the hotel, the facilities, were very well designed and very well managed, the software, the service, in the case of this hotel, was second-rate or even below it. For example, if you dine in-room, the dishes are never taken down. This happens even after the cleaning staff has entered the room. In other words, this happens because the cleaning staff and the dish-clearing staff do not cooperate with each other. So-called “attentiveness” is completely lacking in this hotel. Also, since the area around the hotel is not developed at all, the hotel restaurant is extremely boring and you will get tired of it after 3 nights, in spite of the restaurant and everything else. The price of this hotel is not cheap, but not as expensive as a luxury hotel, so what is the use of this halfway position hotel? It might be good for a family staying 3 to 5 nights, but if you are a couple enjoying the nightlife, it would be better to stay at a global brand hotel in the center of Nha Trang.

Overall, it was a good stay!

We stayed here to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and Gran Melia did a wonderful job! We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a private pool and loved the layout, with the second bedroom located on the second floor, complete with a full bathroom. All the staff were very friendly and greeted us every single time. Our butler, Truyen, did an excellent job coordinating our schedule. I was deeply touched by Louis from the FO team, who was detail-oriented. My grandmother is 95 years old and cannot be as active as someone in their 20s. However, Louis helped her get into buggies every single time and brought a chair for her. Another butler, who wore black-framed glasses (sorry, I couldn’t get his name), was not even our assigned butler but was always willing to help us without being asked. All the staff from Hispania were amazing. Their service was top-notch and food was great. Lastly, the Song Spa was excellent. I regret that I only experienced it on my last night. The only downside of this hotel is the breakfast, which needs improvement! If you go after 8:30 AM, it is chaotic and extremely disorganized. We waited 30 minutes for coffee and 20 minutes for food (à la carte) after asking twice. I understand that food can be delayed due to increased volume, but making tea and coffee should not take so long or require asking twice. It would be helpful if we were informed of the busy hours when we checked in so we could avoid them. Overall, it was a good stay and definitely wanna come back!

front desk told me check in is available at 12:30 then she said wait 30min more and then an hour.. I had early check in but check in took too long and every time I need to go to lobby or to take taxi I needed to call front desk for a ride to lobby. and a lot of mosquitos in the room even they helped me spray bug killer but it was still there and we all got bitten by mosquito atleast 8times.
