“toothpastes are used. ants everywhere even on beds and pillows. Cleaning is really bad. Guests better bring your own pillow cover and towels and toothpastes, etc.... owner's communication is poor. Reply is very slow. And they even refuse to tell you where the rough location is until the arrival date. But the building has great facilities such as gym and swimming pool and large lobby. Location is very good right next to brand new MRT An Phu station. ”

“Không gian phòng được decor rất có gu và ấm cúng. Các trang thiết bị tiện nghi đều mới, đầy đủ và hoạt động tốt. Chủ home thì kỹ tính, dễ thương, reply nhanh dữ luôn. Một trải nghiệm lưu trú 2N1Đ rất hài lòng 🤗”

“I had a great stay here. The room was very clean and housekeeping came every day. The front desk staff were very helpful — they even delivered my food orders directly to my room. The room has both a washing machine and a dryer, which is super convenient. Overall, the experience was excellent. Compared to a hotel, the price is quite reasonable; and compared to an apartment, it’s even better because it includes daily housekeeping as well as laundry facilities. The room is new, spotless, and……

“The check-in process was delayed due to insufficient staff, instructions to check in was not clear. The place was not 100% as pictured, too much graphic. The place could be more cleaned and maintained better. I would not stay here again in the future, luckily we only had to stay for 2 nights.”

“Such a beautiful house. The housekeeper especially was helpful. We didn’t have access to the swimming pool, however. It was actually down the road half a kilo, and the passes they provided us didn’t work. The house had everything we needed. The only unexpected thing was that they asked for a deposit when we showed up and they wanted us to pay cash, but this wasn’t too hard to accommodate. Other than that, it was such a lovely stay close to shops and stuff and nice and private. I would……

“I recommend anyone visiting to rent this property ”

“I got key card for elevator, password for the room but no one help for registering fingerprint for the door on ground floor. I have to wait for someone to help open the door for me to get in. It’s very basic support that the management team should do. My blanket has the smell of not dry after washing but I got a replacement of blanket after I ask for help. Besides this everything is good.”

“客房設施新穎、打掃的非常乾凈，廚具、浴室用品一應俱全。服務人員態度親切。飯店所在區域離市區鬧區有段距離，但相對安靜，我個人比較喜歡。推薦到頂樓享受泳池與健身房，夜景很美，值得一看！”
