“The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. It was stressful and it makes me not trustful of Hotels.com I had……

“Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it.”

“toothpastes are used. ants everywhere even on beds and pillows. Cleaning is really bad. Guests better bring your own pillow cover and towels and toothpastes, etc.... owner's communication is poor. Reply is very slow. And they even refuse to tell you where the rough location is until the arrival date. But the building has great facilities such as gym and swimming pool and large lobby. Location is very good right next to brand new MRT An Phu station. ”
