Not a house to return

This house is in desperate need for a lot of repairs. Strong wind and cold air comes through the windows. Walking inside the house feels as if you are walking on waves, you literally go up and down. There’s a hole on the floor in the foyer. Host is very slow in responding. Not willing to work with you even if you were in the middle of a snow storm. Not desirable neighborhood. Houses around it are boarded up. Not worth what I paid.
