Roomy Home
This property, with six bedrooms (and 8 beds) can accommodate a large family or two separate families (3 bedrooms up, 3 down). Definitely updated since photos were taken. Lots of towels, wash cloths, and soap & shampoo for the baths. New sponges & towels for the kitchen. Huge TV in living room. Large fenced backyard with grill. Beautiful front porch with chairs. Quiet neighborhood. Recommend

Niagara fun
The house was great for our visit to Niagara! The beds and pillows were comfortable, and it is a great location close to Niagara Falls. There is only a table for 6 people to sit, so if you have a larger group, prepare to eat in the living room. For the most part everything was clean, but there were a few towels that had hair clumps in them, and we found mouse scat under the sink. Thankfully the towels were plentiful, and we were able to use other clean towels. It was a great space for the price with plenty of bedrooms for our two families with lots of kids!

Fun Stay
The property was nice. The owners did a nice job of updating an obviously old house. It was very clean, spacious, etc. The kitchen is in GREAT need of supplies. There were only 2 cutting knives, both VERY dull. It hacked food rather than cut it. Most of the pots and pans and griddle were very old. There were no sauce pans at all. Pots and pans, except for the bigger pots need to be replaced. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of linens and towels, etc. Overall, a nice experience.

Honest review
My experience was a bit different, we tried to communicate with the host, he barely answered via app, called multiple times and he never pick up the phone, fridge wasn’t working properly and freezer did not work at all, it’s been a few weeks and the host never responded to my text. Over all no I won’t rent it again. Also it does have a beehives in the back and front yard so if you are allergic be super careful

House renovated on a Quiet Neighborhood
The only thing is the communication with the Host, have some questions and have responded with the necessity pass already 😂😂. Overall a nice place to stay with the Family, Cleans, nice and quiet.

Comfortable stay
Very comfortable stay. First floor has 3 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom. Second floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom. 5 miles from visitor center. Neighborhood is old and calm .

Highly recommend
The house is being updated. It looks even better now than the photos online. We had everything we needed, dishes, towels, etc. It was not too far from the falls; the street was very quiet and safe. Recommend for a large group.

Affordable, convenient, and spacious
This property was excellent for my family. It was spacious and had everything available for us. The only this it didn’t have was a washer and dryer and iron. It is located in the center of all the attractions and shopping center in Niagara Falls. Overall it is a wonderful place to rent and I will recommend it to anyone and hopefully will book again!

Bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed it.
At first I was a little hesitant because of the picture of the neighborhood but It was very quiet. Close to the falls and the stores. We enjoyed sitting on the porch while others were upstairs or in their rooms. We had a group of 8 and there were more than enough rooms. Never felt overcrowded. It not a fancy home, but it has everything you need! Very please I would recommend it, and it saved us all lots of money!

Amazing Stay
There was 15 people staying at this place, we even brought our own air matress. The place was clean and comfortable. The place looks better in person, it's spacious and cute. We didn't have any issues. Niagara Falls was close by. The neighborhood felt safe and this was an important factor for us since more than half the group were kids. We would have loved to stay at this place for few more day because it was perfect for all of us.

Great vacation
We had a great time in Niagara Falls. This property was in a great location. Only 10 minutes or less from Walmart, restaurants, the falls and the aquarium. Also just a 30 minute drive to Buffalo Zoo. It was great having 6 bedrooms, all beds were very comfortable and each room was air conditioned. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in quiet neighborhood only 5 minutes away from Niagra Falls State Park. Lots of room for large families with 6 bedrooms available. House is a little outdated but still a good value for a large family.

The experience was good on our first night we were heading out to the falls and set 3 coffee cups on the steps to grab when we came back... when we got back to house they were gone someone most of stole them we checked around the house and in the trash and found nothing
