Let me start by saying the facility is nice and clean. Unfortunately the TV was not plugged in (which took a while to figure out) and then the remote didn't work unless it was right up to the set (in other words it wouldn't work from the couch). A call to the emergency number was never returned. We went to watch in the common area and that TVs remote had no battery at all (perhaps another renter needed the batteries which I couldn't obtain in the middle of the night). Worst of all THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST. Emails sent through Expedia to the owner were ignored until I threatened a bad review. The only response I got was they would fix the problems. No credit whatsoever from the property and no explanation. I would recommend the roomand the cleanliness but

This is my go to place when i go to the falls. Nice and quiet. Away from the rif raf. Always geel welcome here. Close enough to walk everywhere or the transit stop is across the street. Totally convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great place

Great, affordable stay. Staff on sight are great. Room is small but has everything you need. Included breakfast is cooked to order. Parking is a little tight if all rooms are booked but not too horrible if patient. Would stay again.

Lovely ! So convenient ! Would have liked a fold out couch - friends - not sharing the bed , but not horrible ! Glad I brought a blanket . Room was clean and nice , brekky was delicious !

Breakfast was great, plenty of hot fresh food. I would have liked access to coffee at other times, perhaps a keurig machine could be added to the breakfast nook that would allow guests to make a cup whenever they wanted. The room would feel better/bigger with less furniture, for example, mount the TV and get rid of the big stand it's on. But these are suggestions for improvement, not problems -- we had a trouble-free stay!
