We stayed here for one night and booked two rooms on the 6th floor. Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast didn’t have a huge variety, but everything was fresh and tasty. The indoor pool was warm, which was great for the kids. The location is convenient — everything is within walking distance. Cons: Unbelievably, the mattress in the middle was completely sunken in. It was very uncomfortable. The soundproofing was poor — we could hear noise from other rooms. The bathroom faucet was broken. Would I stay again? Unfortunately, no. A good night’s sleep is the most important part of a hotel stay, and we were not able to sleep comfortably because of the mattress.

Room was not ready at 3:30. Floor in room was damaged. Nice touch with complimentary chocolate chip cookie at check in. Breakfast was the best. Not enough parking in lot...but snow piles took away spaces. All staff was nice.

Check-in initially went smoothly, and the front desk staff at arrival were pleasant. Unfortunately, what happened later completely ruined our comfort experience. The hotel clearly sold more parking spots than were available. We were told we had in-and-out parking privileges, but when we returned from dinner that evening, there were no parking spots left at all. We went to the front desk for assistance and were instructed by a staff member to park beside a snowbank — in a location that was blocking other vehicles in. We were uncomfortable doing so, but followed the directions we were given. As we were walking back to the lobby, another employee named Carol began yelling at us for parking there. We calmly tried to explain that we had been told by staff to park in that exact spot, but she did not listen and instead sped off before we could finish speaking. She left in a red Toyota Corolla that has a noticeable exhaust leak. Being given conflicting instructions and then publicly yelled at for following staff directions is unacceptable. Overselling parking and failing to communicate internally reflects poor management and lack of professionalism. While check-in was good, this incident completely undermined what should have been a comfortable stay. We left feeling stressed, embarrassed, and disrespected. I would not recommend staying here unless parking is better managed and staff are properly trained in communication and accountability.

The room was clean but very small and the staff were friendly. The pool was nice and warm, with beautiful pillars. It's shallow, so no big jumps. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Coffee bar had flavoured syrup! Parking was extra (as advertised) so that's an extra expense to figure into the cost.

We stayed in a room here and were very disappointed with the experience. The rate was quite high, but the room did not match the price at all. It felt outdated, not very clean, and definitely in need of maintenance. The furniture looked worn, and the overall condition of the room was below what we expected. On top of that, the service wasn’t great. Staff didn’t seem very helpful, and it felt like guest concerns weren’t taken seriously. For a popular destination like Niagara Falls, we expected a much better standard, especially for the price we paid. Overall, the stay was not worth the cost. There are many hotels in the area, and I would recommend looking elsewhere for better value and a more comfortable experience.” There was lots of screaming and people making noise on the floor
