Modern House| Walk to the Falls

Escape to our modern Niagara Falls home, perfect for up 8 guests! This stylish getaway features a cozy, gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large private backyard with a deck. Enjoy the convenience of being just a short walk from the Falls, casinos, and top restaurants. With private parking and a spacious layout, including a king bed and three double beds, it’s the ideal base for your family or group adventure. you’ll have private and exclusive access to the entire house for comfortable and uncorrupted stay. This includes all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and the private backyard with its deck. A private driveway is available with dedicated parking for up to two cars. We believe in giving our guest space and privacy to enjoy their vacation. We offer self check in for your convenience and will not be on the property during your stay. However, we are always just a message or phone call away if you need anything at all.

Cette maison est vraiment parfaite pour nos besoins. 1 chambre fermée avec 2 lits doubles, une mezzanine avec lit double (tous deux à l'étage) ainsi qu'une chambre avec lit queen au rez-de-chaussé. Il y avait une bele cuisine avec un grand comptoir, ce qui était pratique pour éviter de manger trop au restaurant. Nous avons eu l'occasion de cuisiner plusieurs repas. Cette maison était située à quelques minutes à pieds de Clifton Hill (12 minutes environ), ce qui se fait vraiment très bien. Nous avons fait 2 allées par jour, sans problème. En voiture: Nous nous sommes rendus aux vignobles de Niagara on the Lake, qui sont vraiment tout près. Plus loin: Toronto, mais vraiment super pour une excursion d'une journée. Je recommande de vous procurer des passes d'activités afin de faire plusieurs activités à coût réduit: - Fun Pass avec la grande roue, mini putt dinosaure, Zombie Attack, etc (6 activités). Vraiment super, pour toute la famille. - Nous avons aussi pris une seconde passe avec 5 activités (Fun House, Maze of Laser, Maze of Mirror, Maison hantée, ....) TIPS: Prendre une passe par enfant mais une seule pour l'ensemble des adultes qui peuvent se partager la tâche d'accompagner, à tour de rôle. MUST: - Niagara Speedway (go kart). Si les enfants sont trop petits pour conduire, ils peuvent être assis côté passagé. À améliorer: Il pourrait y avoir quelques éléments de base supplémentaire dans la cuisine. Nous avons du acheter des linges à vaisselle.

What's not to like? The adorable cottage charm? Comfortable mattress, welcome bottles of water. Location was an absolute value for money gem, around a 1.3km walk to the Wego bus stop that takes you to all the tourist destinations. We had a wonderful time and a wonderful stay. Quiet neighborhood close to everything!

Great house for our family. Owner very responsive. We had trouble with the TTLock app for front door but were able to use a key in a lock box at the back door. House has been updated and is very cute inside. It is only a few minutes from Clifton Hill. Neighborhood looks a little sketchy at first glance but we felt safe here. Would stay again!

Beautiful and Quiet

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation to Niagara Falls!! We wanted a space that was away from the crowds but also within walking distance to most attractions. We could easily walk to the falls and Clifton Hill throughout our trip without paying for parking. Millicent communicated often and responded quickly if we had any questions. Definitely recommend this place for a family vacation to Niagara Falls!!

Spent 3.5 days at Niagara and Toronto. Had a great time. Enjoyed the proximity of this property to all activities in Niagara Falls. Walked the Clifton hill and falls each day. The. Took a day trip to Toronto.

Good spacious option for Niagara

The place is well stocked and decorated. It has a dedicated driveway with parking out front which was nice. There isn't much in terms of TV service and the internet was on the slow side. There was a firestick on one of the TVs, but the other TV didn't have a firestick, but was a smart TV. We had to change the resolution on the TV to view Netflix due to the slow internet.

Clean and convenient

We enjoyed our stay here with our 3 adult children. Plenty of space and it was very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Host was easy to communicate with and checked in during our stay because of the front door possibly sticking. Perfect location within walking distance to many of the attractions.

Cozy home away from home

The size and location of this home was absolutely perfect for my family of four. We were able to walk to all of the major attractions and while we weren't sightseeing we were able to stay in the house without being in each others way. The only word that can begin to describe this home, and Milicent, is "perfect."

as soon as we got there the property manager called to tell us the door is a little weird to open. she was so so helpful the entire stay. the house was very clean and so close to everything! overall it was a great place to stay and if i ever find myself in canada again (im from ohio) i wouldn’t mind going back to this house!

Cute house but…!

This property lacks a binder to instruct the renter on even basic use. There is Wifi but no cable tv and the tv just always says NO SERVICE. Apparently you need to have your own apps and passwords however that is very impractical for US and overseas guests. I really recommend at least basic cable channels.The key lock app to access the front door never did work for us even though I deleted the app twice I never could connect so had to use the back door which had a lockbox. The master bedroom needs a side table as there is nowhere to put even a water bottle. There is not even a dresser. The shower and bathrooms have no towel racks so that needs to be done.The kitchen is seriously lacking in basics. Not even a cookie sheet to cook pizza or ribs and no serving bowls or tongs to toss a salad.It would be good to have a dish cloth of some sort and some tea towels. Using paper towels is just so wasteful.Hiding the key to the laundry and making it into a hide and seek game is beyond my understanding.The house is nice and with a bit of attention to detail would elevate the experience immensely.

Nice house

House was clean and has been newly renovated. Four adults were very comfortable each with our own bed. Stairs are a little steep and might be difficult for people with mobility issues. Bathrooms are big and beautiful. So convenient and close to all the tourist sites. We would stay here again!
