Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay, but that was about the only positive. The room looked like it hadn't been updated in decades - a far cry from what the website portrayed. There was visible grime on the window. The box spring for one of the beds was broken. The only real perk to this hotel is the waterpark and that isn't even part of the hotel. It's a whole separate business that three other hotels have access to and I believe is even open to the public. The location also isn't great. Although it's near the river, it's over a 20 minute walk to the Horseshoe Falls. Your other options include paying $20 for a Go Pass to take the bus or paying $35 for parking. It is reasonably close to the Clifton Hill attractions, though. But if you're wanting to see the falls, you're probably better off picking a hotel that's a bit closer to them. Most egregious, however, is the fact that when I tried to change my booking six weeks in advance to leave a day earlier, they wouldn't let me just remove that day from my reservation. They tried to force me to cancel and rebook entirely at their new surge pricing that was nearly double the cost. Obviously, I declined to do that. I was then told that I could just check out early and they'd refund me the cost of the unused day. However, they are now refusing to honour that promise. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience. Do not stay at this hotel.

The area was vibrant and convenient, with everything close by. The waterpark was enjoyable, and my kids loved it. However, the room in the hotel was disappointingly small, despite booking a studio. It felt old, unclean, and uncomfortably cold.

Having parking that we could stay in even after we checked out, was very helpful. The rooms weren't very sound proof because noises were easily heard. We were lucky that it was a quiet stay as it could have been quite disruptive.

Super expensive for what you get. Perkins restaurant had terrible service. The hotel mattresses were uncomfortable. The hotel needs a lot of updating. Everything was an add on or up charge. For breakfast, dinner room and waterpark for 1 night we ended up spending $1500 for the family. We have a big family but it’s more than we paid at great wolf lodge. Parking was even $45.

Excellent place to stay everything is walkable about five minute walk to the main attraction area at about a fifteen minute to twenty minute walk to the main area of the falls! Bang for your buck place! We went for the eclipse and it was a fraction of the price compared to everywhere else, If you’re looking for a Fallsview property, this is definitely not it, but the price is right!

We found the hotel to be very noisy, the doors were very loud shutting, so it was hard to sleep. We also had a leaking toilet in our room and the bathroom was not very clean. On a positive not the girl working at checkin, was very friendly and helpful!

The people in the upper room were jumping, running, and watching TV too loudly until a while after midnight, which made my son get scared and stressed out. I called the front desk 4 times, and they didn't help. Each time I called, they said security was on the way to the hotel and never arrived.

It’s location with the water park and falls is great. The hotel staff were less than desirable to deal with not friendly, slow including having three or four staff at the desk but only one person helping people. The hotel is dated and beds were not comfortable you can feel the springs in the mattresses. We didn’t spend much time here other than to sleep.
