The breakfast was, hands down, the BEST part of our two night stay! Best free breakfast we have had yet! Including a wide variety of items and REAL eggs! HOWEVER, the property, other than the breakfast area and front lobby, was dirty. Our hallway had trash on the floor the whole time, even after the cleaning crew came through. While our room appeared clean, I discovered after my shower the first night that the floor, while it had been swept, had not been mopped! I stepped out of the shower with freshly clean feet, walked around the room and stepped back in the shower only to find the water below my feet dirty! The next morning, I asked the desk to have our room thoroughly cleaned AND mopped. We returned 5 hours later, 3pm, to find no one had cleaned our room. I went back to the front desk, explained the issue with the floor for a second time, requesting again that our room be cleaned AND mopped. We left for another two hours only to find that NOTHING had been done to our room at all! At this point we were too tired to deal with it any further. Additionally, the hotel had been renovated to include only vinyl flooring and no carpets. The problem is that there is NO insulation between the floors and little in the walls. All day and all night, we heard “stomping” from the room above. What we finally figured out is the lack of insulation AND carpeting simply created constant noise with every step. A fabulous free breakfast does NOT make up for a dirty, poorly run facility.

Pros: great location (~10 minute walk to the Niagara State Park, close to downtown Niagara), 24/7 hot water/coffee/tea, spacious rooms, indoor pool available, continental breakfast Cons: the property is definitely a bit on the older side, but it is still totally fine to stay at for a couple of days. Just don't expect something super polished, but the rooms are still solid. I think the part that sucked the most is the lack of a lot of the usual amenities you'd find - for example, they don't provide lotion, toothpaste, or toothbrushes (you need to pay for all these), so make sure you pack those otherwise you'll need to walk down to the 7/11 10 minutes away to buy them because there's no drug stores around. I also felt like some of the front desk staff could've been nicer. Continental breakfast is ok, has decent variety in not the best quality, but it gets the job done. Overall I wrote a lot of cons bc it's just easier to go in detail about that - but don't let this deter you from the hotel! It wasn't great, but it was still totally fine. The 3 stars isn't to say it was bad, but that it was a decent enough stay - there was nothing egregious, but just don't expect a very polished place, but it was good enough for a comfortable couple days of stay and to have a great Niagara trip.

Dirty room and floor. Breakfast was a joke, very many rude people,my grandchildren were pushed and shoved when they tried to get breakfast. Noisy hallways, there was an open gap under the door. Doors are supposed to seal when closed. Also no soap tray for hand soap, no maid service. Won’t stay again, will always use our regular, Hilton

We were a family of four and were extremely disappointed with the condition of the hotel and the overall experience. Upon arrival, we found the hotel lobby to be in an unacceptable state—unclean, with dirty floors and sticky surfaces around the seating area. The lack of cleanliness was immediately apparent and concerning. The condition of our room was equally unsatisfactory. The floors had not been cleaned, and the desk surfaces were visibly dusty. The bathroom was particularly poor, with mould around the bath tiles and a significant buildup of grime and scum in the shower area. In addition, the noise from the rooms above was clearly audible, and the curtains in our room did not close properly. Do not stay here no paying customer should be subjected to such an awful hotel.
