「This property is the basement part of the house, a great location for walking to Clifton Hill, the Falls or wherever you were heading. 15 min drive to NOTL & the wineries.This was noted on the listing "loved by couples" - yes for the size it was great with all amenities provided (more towels for showering needed). Not knowing the owner was not in the top part of the rental & it was rented out to a 10-person family, then a 5-person family with littles running around upstairs - not sound proofed...
