The house was clean and pleasant. Also, a good location for downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake if you don't mind walking a bit. Overall, I would recommend this house and the property management.

Great communication with owner. Easy check in. Close to town, minutes by car, aboiut a 15 minute walk. Great location between the town and the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.

Communication A1. Well appointed, with a short 5 block walk through a quant neighborhood to Queen Street. Firm, comfortable beds, with nice linens, and complemented with a large pillow selection. Very clean. Add this place to your yes list.

The home is functional and comfortable. Outside areas are just okay but wasn't warm enough for us to use them anyway. Good communication from the host. Quiet area and an enjoyable walk through neighborhood to main shopping area/restaurants.

My wife & I traveled to Niagara On the Lake for a week’s vacation. We picked this house due to its walking distance to town & short driving distance to Niagara Falls. Check-in was extremely easy. The owners contacted us the day of arrival with the code for the side door. They made it a simple process.The house was beyond our expectations. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood which is very safe and 5-6 blocks from all the restaurants, shops & theatre. The house, inside, was exactly as depicted on the VRBO site. What impressed us was the amount of amenities available in the kitchen for cooking, dining & enjoying our visit. The owners had high quality kitchen appliances, utensils, coffee maker, expresso machine, quality pans & blender. The bathroom was super clean with hair dryer, curler, tp, shampoo, body wash & shampoo. The shower was spacious & modern. The bedrooms aren’t large but they are comfortable. We loved the mattress in the main bedroom - it was like a Marriott mattress. The living room was relaxing & comfortable. The flat screen tv has cable & lots of choices. The couch was lots of pillows & there’s 2 chairs to relax in too. We used the backyard a few times to enjoy an afternoon glass of wine. There’s a large outdoor couch to enjoy, a grill & spacious yard. We were planning on grilling a few nights & noticed the propane was getting low. We contacted the owner & he brought over a full tank for us to use. He was very friendly & accommodating.

Small cosy inviting home only 10 minutes from centre of town. Well appointed with plenty of crockery and utensils for cooking. Beds very comfortable. Host very responsive when we had some issue with the fireplace. Overall a nice place ideal for a couple or friends. Outdoor patio area needs some work but we enjoyed our stay.

Superbe endroit, au goût du jour . Tout petit mais tout y est , rien ne manque et même plus. J’ai à plusieurs fois pris des Airbnb ou Vrbo où il y avait beaucoup moins. Tout a été pensé. Le lit est très confortable, serviettes en quantité et de bonne qualité.Juste un petit point le tape à l’œil extérieur … il manque un peu d’amour autour de la propriété , mauvais herbes et aucunes fleurs qui fait la renommé de Niagara on the Lake . Le propriétaire a répondu très rapidement à nos demandes et est très sympathique.J’y retournerais et recommanderais facilement .Merci Josée

Great Stay!

Had a great weekend stay! Property as described and had everything we needed on site for comfort. Good size for two adilts and two teenagers. Walking distance to the main area downtown although due to the heat we tended to drive. Nice big fenced in yard for our dog. Would recommend staying here to orhers!

Perfect location. Easy 4 block walk to downtown. Nice shower. Beds were comfy. Would definitely return. My suggestions…have at least one baking dish/small casserole. We ate in both nights and struggled with options. Also - would be nice if the sitting area was not covered in weeds. Again - loved the cottage and would come back!!!

Propriété très bien situé et très propre. Le propriétaire répond rapidement aux échanges. Toutefois, nous avons eu un problème de souris (dans le toit) que le propriétaire n'a pas été en mesure de régler et n'a aucunement offert de compensation.
