「The property is 6 cottages within a separate resort. The resort for families is great. Falcon Cottages are not. We were put in a filthy cottage basically a mobile. Stained couch and dining chairs, broken blinds. Dried up food down the back of the counter and chairs. I went to use a baking pan only to find it full of grease. Windows dirty, the bathroom floor was all chewed up and covered up with a mat. BBQ looked like it hadn't been cleaned from last year and toaster didn't work. I swear we...

「For the price, excellent. Rooms need a little TLC, but the bedding and towels are very clean, bathrooms clean, a/c worked well during heat wave. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is directly infant off your room. Would stay again.」

「I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel because it did not match what was advertised. The listing indicated that breakfast was included, but instead of a breakfast, the hotel only provided granola bars. I was also concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel. The room and common areas did not appear to be well maintained, which made my stay uncomfortable. I chose this hotel based on the advertised amenities, and I felt misled. 「Never again, room smelled like a mixture dogfood, mold and cigarette.. Cigarette burn on the toilet seat, a tissue stuck to the wall from a previous guest. The AC unit had a large gap over it that let in bugs. Greasy smudges on furniture likely left by previous guest that hadn't been cleaned. And the towels left in the room were very old and raggedy. The staff seemed pretty nice and the bed/bedding was decent.」

「The location of Rainbow Motor Inn is good but rooms are not acceptable. First, the door can’t locked well. The lock seems broken. Second, TV is not working and air conditioner is noisy but even not cooler enough. Third, the room is not clean and bathroom is very dirty. Forth, the staffs are not friendly. Fifth, and the most ridiculous part is they don’t keep baggage for me because they said they are full booked, there is no room to keep it!!!!!!!! I will not stay in Rainbow Motor Inn...
