Extended Stay America Niagara Wine Region hotels

"I was not happy at this hotel, I made a reservation for 5 people and they gave me a room with only 2 beds and said that 3 people had to sleep on a bed because they didn’t provide a pullout couch. Super uncomfortable. Then our reservation said that it included passes for the water park and they said no that it was separate and we had to pay for admission to the park. The reservation said that it included breakfast, nope, we had to pay for breakfast. Then they put us in a room next to an elevator and we couldn’t sleep at night with the noise from the elevator. They put 4 towels in our room knowing there were 5 of us and they only came to clean our room once during our 4 day stay. Not happy."

"Coupon options were handy.Most things were good,pool,gym had great variety.On our 2nd morning housekeeping had knocked on our door to ask if we needed any housekeeping,I told her to come back later as we hadn't left yet and we needed shower gel.She had red hair.Later that day when we returned to our room,the shower gel was sitting on the washroom counter,our dirty towels still in the tub,bed wasn't made,garbage wasn't taken out,no housekeeping was done in our room.No new cups to use or coffee pods left,no fresh towels.And TV was on,we had turned the tv off when we left. This was creepy.After showering,I noticed the shower head was facing down instead of facing the back wall of shower which is how we were using it.I also found red hair in the tub when I was gathering my hairs that had fallen to throw away.This made me feel very weary,I felt like a staff had showered in our room and moved the shower head turned the tv on.Do staff shower in guests rooms?Are they not afraid if the guests returned?I had to call front desk to bring us some new towels,coffee pods,cups.I then had to take out my own garbage and put my own towels in the bag that someone brought up,while he waited outside of our room and I did my own housekeeping.For the amount of money I paid to stay here I didn't expect to do my own housekeeping.I could have just stayed home if I wanted to clean house.This was a holiday for me and was ruined on the 2nd day.Other than this,our stay was good. "

"Very spacious suite with separate bedroom, living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast was great and our group of 11 friends were able to hang out in the lounge area."

"The hotel charged me $50 for parking per night and the hotel was breaking down. The toilet barely flushed and the sink kept getting backed up. The beds are a whole other story. They were awful and super uncomfortable. The fan in the bathroom was broken too. Really unhappy with the stay especially for the price of it"
